Research on the Factors that Influence the Advanced Manufacturing Industry in Henan and the Countermeasures

新常态下的河南制造业发展受到资源环境和成本挤压,走新型工业化道路、发展先进制造业是河南由工业大省向工业强省转变的重要途径。先进制造业的发展主要受人力资本要素、投资、技术进步和产业集聚效应作用影响。在投资持续加大背景下,河南当前先进制造业受不合理的人才结构、研发投入比重较低和产业集聚效应未充分释放等因素制约。促进河南先进制造业发展,应提升先进制造业人才培育力度,加快科技进步成果转化,积极吸引外资及国内外产业技术转移,强化产业集聚平台在创新集群转变中的推动作用。

In the new normal, Henan manufacturing industry is pressed by resource, environment, and cost. In order to transform from large industrial province into powerful industrial province, Henan province should take the new industrialization road and develop advanced manufacturing industry. The factors that influence the develop-ment of advanced manufacturing industry include human capital factor, investment, technology progress, and in-dustrial agglomeration effect. Under the general background of continual investment increasing, the current manu-acturing industry in Henan province is restricted by factors such as unreasonable talent structure, low proportion of R＆D investment, and insufficient effect of industry agglomeration etc. In order to promote advanced manufacturing ndustry in Henan province, it is necessary to improve the cultivation of talents in manufacturing industry, acceler-ate the transformation of science and technology achievements, actively absorb foreign investment and transfer of in-dustrial technology from home and abroad, and strengthen the promoting function of industrial agglomeration plat-orm in the transformation of innovative cluster.
