“国培计划”对我国教师培训的创新性贡献 被引量:17

摘要 2010年启动实施的"国培计划"是中国中小学教师队伍建设史上一项具有划时代意义的创举。它不仅以实际的行动让数以百万计的中西部中小学幼儿园教师直接受益,更对我国教师培训的发展具有创新性的贡献,主要表现在重构教师培训的理念与价值、建立教师培训的顶层设计制度、实施教师培训的项目管理、建立培训项目的招投标制度、注重培训机构资质与专家团队建设、研发课程标准规范教师培训内容、首创置换脱产研修和混合式培训等多元化教师培训模式、重视培训课程资源的生成与管理、尝试建立多种有效的培训绩效评估制度,促进职前职后一体化的教师教育新体系的建立。这些创新性贡献带动和促进我国教师培训进入到了新的历史阶段。 The “ National Teacher Training Project” started in 2010 is an epoch-making history of the Prima?^ and Seconda?^ School Teacher Training. Implementing the “ NationaProject” has not only benefited thousands of the teachers in kindergartens,primary and secondarthe midwest ofChina,but also made a creative contribution to the development ofteacher trahas reconstructed the idea and values of teacher training,established the top-level design system of teachertraining, project management, bidding for project, various kinds of effective evaluation, pre-service and post-serviceteacher training. Furthermore,it has formulated and improved the curriculum standards and trainingcontent,initiated the patterns of off-job training and b ln d e d training, and attached importance to thegeneration and management of curriculum resources. All of these have canied the teacher training in China to a new historcal perod.
