摘要 世界上首个中小学数学教师教育的大规模国际比较研究项目——数学教师教育和发展研究(TEDS-M),在分析和反思其研究数据的基础上得出职前数学教师专业素养的概念框架,并提出提高教师专业素养的途径即学习机会的概念。数学教师专业素养概念的核心要素——专业知识和专业信念,对我国教师教育改革具有启示:应清晰界定教师专业素养概念,教师资格统一认定考试应重视教师信念,在职前教师教育中应拓展职前教师的学习机会。 The Teacher Education and Development Study in Mathematics ( TEDS-M ) ,the firstinternational large-scale study on mathematics teacher education, proposes a conceptual framework of(prospective) teacher competencies based on the analysis and reflection of tlie empnical data.portunity to learn ( NTL) is an effective index to measure the improvement of thetwo key components of the teacher competencies,teacher knowledge and teacher beliefs, have profound en-lightenment to the teacher education reform of China: (i ) teacher professional competence defined - (ii) teachers' beliefs should be emphasized in the teachers * qualifspective) teachers' opportunities to learn deserved to be enhanced in the teacher education program.
