摘要
对关于教师领导力研究的90篇英文文献进行综述,呈现了国外关于教师领导力研究主题的进展情况。20世纪80年代以来,国外教师领导力研究主要涵盖内涵研究、构成研究、来源研究以及作用研究四大领域。教师领导力的内涵目前存在"赋权论"和"内生论"两种主流观点;构成研究主要从正式教师领导力和非正式教师领导力两个层面进行探讨;来源研究主要讨论教师领导力生成的影响因素以及培养路径;作用研究则聚焦于教师领导力对教师个人、教师群体、学校、社区以及学生的作用与影响。
This paper reviews 90 overseas articles from 1980s to 2016 about teacher leadership fromwhich it demonstrates connotations, dimensions, sources and functions of teacher leadership. “Empowerment Theory” and “Endogenous Theory” are two main perspectives in teens of teacher leadership' connotations.Dimensions of teacher leadership are illustrated from two aspects: formal leadership and informal leadership. Sources of teacher leadership refer to influence factors and improving approaches. Effects of teacher leadersliip are about teacher leadership's infuence on teachers, colleague,schools,communities and student.
