摘要
制造业企业,特别是中小制造企业由于中国制造业的产业组织、企业本身知识积累、技术能力等特征,决定了其转型升级不仅依靠吸收新技术,提升技术能力,而且应通过非研发创新,提升员工素质、重构组织流程、整合外部资源,为技术能力提升提供互补性资源。文章从解决方案、市场机会和收益来源3个角度,对非研发创新的内涵进行了界定,并提出培育中低技术制造企业非研发创新能力的渠道。
Because of such factors as organization characteristics, knowledge accumulation, and the technical capability of china's manufacturing industry, the transformation and upgrading for manufacturing enterprises, especially small and medium enterprises( SME) not only relies on absorbing new technology to improve the technical ability, but also needs non-R&D innovation to improve the quality of the employees, to reconstruct the organizational process, to integrate external resources and to produce supplementary resources for the increase of technical ability.This article gives a clear definition for the connotation of what is non-R&D from three perspectives, namely, solution, market chance, and revenue sources. This article also puts forward to a series of solution to foster non-R&D ability for manufacturing SME of medium or low technology.
