远程指导型家庭病床康复护理对老年髋部骨折患者自理能力及生活质量的影响

Effect of long-distance guidance family hospital beds on the self-care ability and quality of life of elderly patients with hip fracture

目的:探讨远程指导型家庭病床康复护理对老年髋部骨折患者自理能力及生活质量的影响。方法:选择2015年10月~2016年10月我院收治的老年髋部骨折患者117例,将其随机分为对照组58例与观察组59例,对照组出院后给予常规家庭病床康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予远程指导型家庭病床康复护理,比较两组患者的心理状态、自理能力及生活质量。结果:干预后观察组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05),日常生活自理能力量表(ADL)、躯体生活自理量表(PSMS)及工具性日常生活活动量表(IADL)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量量表(SF-36)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:远程指导型家庭病床康复护理可明显改善老年髋部骨折患者的心理状态,且对于提高其自理能力和生活质量均有良好促进作用。

Objective To explore the effect of long - distance nursing rehabilitation on the self - care ability and quality of life of elderly patients with hip fracture. Methods ： A total of 117 patients with hip fractures admitted in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group with 58 cases and observation group with 59 cases. The control group was given routine nursing rehabilitation. On the basis of the control group, the observation group was given rehabilitation of family beds through long - distance instruction. Psychological status, self - care ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results ： The self - rating depression scale （ SDS） and self - rating anxiety scale （ SAS） in the observation group were lower than those of the control group after the intervention （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The activities of daily living（ADL） , the physiscal self - maintenance scale （PSMS） and the instrumental activities of daily living scale（ IADL） were lower than those of the control group（P 〈0. 05）. Quality of life scale （ SF -36） was higher than that of the control group（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion ： Rehabilitation nursing of long - term guidance family hospital bed can improve the psy-chological status of elderly patients with hip fracture. Meanwhile, it can improve the self - care ability and quality of life of the patients.
