知-信-行干预对职业人群职业病防控认知度及职业病发生率的影响

Effect of knowledge,attitude and process intervention on cognition and incidence of occupational disease among occupational population

目的:探讨知-信-行干预对职业人群职业病防控认知度及职业病发生率的影响。方法:选取2014年10月~2015年9月在我院体检的某工厂职业人员220名,将其随机等分为观察组和对照组,观察组进行知-信-行干预,对照组进行常规干预,比较两组人员干预前及干预后不同时间段对职业病防控知识的认知、态度及主动规避行为评分,比较两组人员干预后1年职业病的发生率。结果:干预后观察组各时间段的知识、态度及行为评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),且职业病发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:知-信-行干预可显著提升职业人群的职业病防控认知度,且对职业病发生率的控制也有积极的作用。

ObjectiveTo explore the influence of knowledge, attitude and process intervention on the awareness of occupational disease and the incidence of occupational diseases among occupational population Methods ： A total of 220 workers admitted in our hospital from October 2014 to September 2015 were selected and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group received knowledge, attitude and process interven-tion, while the control group received routine intervention. The scores of awareness, attitude and active avoidance behavior of occupational disease preven-tion and control of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention. The incidence of occupational diseases was compared between the two groups one year after the intervention. Results ： The knowledge, attitude and behavior scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after the intervention（P 〈0. 05 ） , and the incidence of occupational diseases was lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0 .05 ） . Conclusion ： Knowledge , attitude and process intervention can significantly improve the occupational awareness about occupational disease prevention and control. In ad-dition, it also has a positive effect on the control of occupational disease.
