针对性护理对卵巢巧克力囊肿患者的影响

目的:探讨针对性护理对卵巢巧克力囊肿患者的影响。方法:选取从2015年2月~2016年1月于我院接受腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术的卵巢巧克力囊肿患者82例为研究对象。随机等分为观察组及对照组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组则给予针对性护理。对比两组患者护理效果。结果:护理后观察组SAS,SDS评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组睡眠以及心理评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理对卵巢巧克力囊肿患者而言,能有效消除患者心理不良情绪,提高患者满意度及生活质量。

Objective To discuss the influence of targeted nursing on patients with chocolate cyst of ovary. Methods ： Selected 82 patients with chocolate cyst of ovary receiving laparoscopic ovarian cyst myomectomy in our hospital from February 2015 to January 2016 , and they were equally divided into observation group and control group at random, where patients in the control group received conventional treatment, and patients in the observation group received targe-ted nursing, and patients in the two groups were compared in nursing effect. Results ： After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those of patients in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. The satisfaction of pa-tients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The sleep and psychological scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those of patients in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion ： For the patients with chocolate cyst of ovary, targeted nursing could effectively eliminate the patients 5 adverse psychological mood and improve their satisfaction and life quality.
