正念行为训练联合亲情护理对食管癌放疗患者负性情绪及应对方式的影响

Influence of mindfulness-based behavior training combined with kindred-like nursing on negative emotion and copying style of patients of esophageal cancer radiotherapy

目的:探讨正念行为训练联合亲情护理对食管癌放疗患者负性情绪及应对方式和生活质量的影响。方法:选取本院2015年1月~2016年12月收治的86例食管癌放疗患者,随机等分为观察组及对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予正念行为训练联合亲情护理,分别于干预前及干预后应用焦虑量表(SAS)、抑郁量表(SDS)、应对方式量表及WHO生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-BREF)对两组患者负性情绪、应对方式及生活质量进行评价。结果:观察组干预后SAS,SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后积极应对方式评分高于对照组(P<0.05),而消极应对方式评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后生理领域、心理领域、社会关系、环境领域及生活质量总评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:正念行为训练联合亲情护理能有效减轻食管癌放疗患者负性情绪,让患者能积极面对疾病,提高患者生活质量。

ObjectiveTo discuss the influence of mindfulness - based behavior training combined with kindred - like nursing on negative emotion, copying style, and life quality of patients of esophageal cancer radiotherapy. Methods ： Selected 86 cases of patients of esophageal cancer radiotherapy admitted to our hospital in the period from January 2015 to December 2016, and they were equally divided into observation group and control group at random. Routine nursing was given to the control group, and mindfulness - based behavior training combined with kindred - like nursing was given to the observation group, and then the patients from two groups were evaluated for their negative emotion, copying style, and life quality with social anxiety scale （SAS） ,social de-pression scale （SAS） , copying style scale, and WHO quality of life （WHOQOL - BREF） before and after intervention. Results ： After intervention, the ob-servation group was inferior to the control group in SAS and SDS scores（P 〈0. 05） ;the observation group had a higher positive copying style score than the control group（ P 〈0. 05） ,and a lower negative copying style score than the control group（ P 〈0.05） ;and the observation group had a higher total score of physical domain, psychological domain, social relationship, environmental area, and life quality than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Mindful-ness -based behavior training combined with kindred - like nursing was able to effectively alleviate the negative emotion of the patients of esophageal cancer radiotherapy, so that the patients could face the diseases positively, and improve their life quality.
