目的:探讨6S管理模式在病区管理中的作用,为护理管理工作提供理论依据。方法:2016年7月,我院根据6S管理要素,对本院19个护理单元的环境、设备设施、人员工作要求,实施标准化、规范化管理,对实施6S管理前6个月(2016年1~6月)和实施后6个月(2016年7~12月),护理人员和患者的综合满意度、环境物体表面抽检合格率进行比较。结果:通过对全院实施6S管理,医院工作环境、设备物品管理、对突发事件处理、技术操作、健康宣教能力、文明用语的使用、制度认同等方面较实施前明显改善。护士满意和患者满意度提高了,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);环境物体表面抽检合格率也提高了。结论:医院实施6S管理模式,改善了医院环境,对加强设备设施管理、规范护理工作制度和流程、提高工作质量和效率、提升护理人员和患者的综合满意度起到了重要作用,该管理模式可提高工作环境物体表面的抽检合格率进而降低医院感染的发生率,是医院高效运转的管理模式,值得推广和应用。

Objectives To explore the role of 6S management model in ward management, and to provide theoretical basis for nursing management. Meth-ods ：In July 2016, our hospital implemented standardized management on the environment, equipment, facilities and personnel requirements in 19 nursing units according to 6S management elements. The comprehensive satisfaction of nursing staff and patients and the qualified rate of surface sampling of envi-ronmental objects were compared 6 months before the implementation of 6S management （January 2016 to June 2016） and 6 months after the implementa-tion （July 2016 to December 2016）. Results： Through the implementation of 6S management, working environment, equipment management, emergency treatment, technical operation, health education ability, the use of civilized language, institutional identity and other aspects showed significant improve-ments compared to the situation before the implementation. Nurses satisfaction and patient satisfaction increased and the difference was statistically signifi-cant （ P 〈0.05）. Environmental objects surface sampling pass rate also increased. Conclusion： The implementation of6S management model in hospital im-proves the hospital environment, plays an important role in strengthening the management of equipment and facilities, standardizing the working system and process of nursing, improving the quality and efficiency of work, and improving the comprehensive satisfaction of nursing staff and patients. Improve the working environment of the object surface sampling rate and then reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection is the hospital efficient operation of the man-agement model, it is worth promoting and application.
