摘要
以南京市为例,对PPP模式进行了简要概述,结合适老住区建设的特点,从政府、投资企业、建造单位、业主四方面,分析了PPP模式对适老住区建设的影响,并提出了应注意的要点,为今后类似工程项目管理提供经验。
Taking Nanjing city as an example, this paper made briefly introduction to PPP model, combining with the characteristics suitable for old residential district, from the government, investment enterprises, construction units, owners four aspects, analyzed the influence of PPP mod-el to old residential district construction, and put forward some key points should be paid attention to, provided experience for future similar pro-ject management.
