摘要
针对目前我国房地产项目的要求和建筑行业白热化的市场竞争形势,从多方面对房地产项目施工管理现状及其原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决办法,从而提高施工企业的效益。
According to the demands of the real-estate programs in China and the fierce market competition of the architectural industry, the pa-per analyzes the construction management status of the real-estate programs from various aspects and reasons, and points out respective solutions, so as to improve the benefits of the construction enterprises.
