On problems in program management of housing architectural projects and their strategies

分析了当前我国房屋建筑工程项目管理中存在的问题,从加大对管理人才的培养力度、健全核算管理工作、健全管理机制、做好施工材料的管控工作四方面,提出了相对应的解决措施,为今后同类工程项目管理提供参考。

The paper analyzes the problems in the program management of the housing architectural projects in China, and points out the respec-tive solutions from the promotion of the management talent cultivation, enhancement of auditing management and management mechanism, and perfection of management and control over construction materials, so as to provide some reference for the program management of similar projects in China.
