分析了高层建筑消防管理的特点,针对高层建筑消防设施配置及管理存在的问题,从严格审核验收审收环节、完善消防安全设施、健全消防管理制度、提升消防人员安全素质等方面,提出了相对应的解决措施。

This paper analyzed the characteristics of high-rise building fire protection management, according to the existing problems of fire pro-tection facilities configuration and management in high-rise building, from the strict examination and acceptance trial links, improvement of fire protection facilities,sound fire protection management system,improvement of the fire protection quality of firefighter etc.,put forward the eorre- sponding solution measures.
