摘要
苗尾水电站作为一等大1型工程,其帷幕灌浆工程量大、工期紧,施工干扰大,并且灌浆作为地下隐蔽施工工程,所处地质条件复杂,这都给灌浆施工分析与控制带来极大的困难,如何确保灌浆过程质量,这是工程建设中的重点和难点。综合运用数据库管理技术、网络技术、图形处理技术和三维可视化技术等,建立基于B/S结构的帷幕灌浆动态监控系统,包括数据导入、实时数据监测、灌浆设计、灌浆成果分析、灌后检查、灌浆统一模型、成果共享、材料核销、进度报告、监控报告和系统管理等11个模块,对灌浆过程中涉及的灌浆信息、压水信息以及检查信息进行动态采集与数字化处理,针对灌浆施工主要控制参数进行动态监控,并实现各种工程信息整合和数据共享,为工程决策与管理提供信息应用和支撑平台。
Miaowei hydropower station is rated as a first-class large-size 1 project. Its curtain grouting works is characterized by its large engineering quantity, tight construction schedule and serious construction interference. The grouting work should be carried out underground in an area with complicated geological conditions, which bring about extremely large difficulties to both analysis and control of the grouting work. How to ensure the quality of grouting process is a focal and difficult point in construction of the project. This paper uses the database management technology, the network technology, the image processing technology and the 3D visualization technology to establish a curtain grouting dynamic monitoring system based on B/S structure. The system is composed of 11 sub modules, including data input, real-time data verification, progress report, monitoring report and system management. The grouting information, the water pressure test information and the inspection information involved in the grouting process are collected dynamically and processed digitally. The main control parameters of grouting work are monitored by the system in real time. In addition, information integration and data sharing of a variety of information on grouting work are implemented, thus providing an information application and support platform for project decision-making and management.
