摘要
深度的校企合作本质就是一种战略性协同,而战略性协同意味着主体之间形成战略性伙伴关系。战略性伙伴关系的建构是围绕利益分殊、相互融合的关系选择、关系确定、关系管理与关系发展的过程。在协同育人领域,战略性伙伴关系大致由人力资源伙伴、技术研发伙伴、师资培养伙伴、课程开发伙伴、技能教学伙伴、赛事合作伙伴及社会服务伙伴关系组成,制度化的利益分配机制与立体化的合作保障机制是稳定的战略伙伴关系制度构建的基础,战略伙伴关系的进一步发展有赖于政府在职业教育领域的创新性制度供给,以此规范和保障校企合作的实践。
In-depth school-corporation collaboration is strategic, which means a strategic collaborative relationship between both parts. The construction of this type of relationship involves interest differences, as well as the process of integrative relationship selection, settlement, management and development. In collaborative education, this relationship includes the partnership of human resources, technical development, teacher training, curriculum development, technical teaching, cooperatively holding contests and social services as well. This relationship is built based on interest distribution device and cooperation guarantee device. Its further development also relies on creative vocational education regulations on the part of the government to offer policy support for school-corporation collaboration practice.
