广州职业教育园区教学资源共享模式探析

On the Mode of Teaching Resources Sharing in Guangzhou Vocational Education Park

由于以利益障碍为核心的诸多因素,国内职业教育园区在推动教育资源共享的过程中,存在职业院校参与共享动力不足、合作意识差、共享信息不畅、资源共享层次低、共享制度不完善等问题。针对这些现状,提出广州职业教育园区在建设过程中,应当探索"政府统筹、学校主体、市场导向、企业参与"的四方联动资源共享共赢模式,构建特色鲜明、资源高度共享的广州职业教育园区。

Due to many factors cored as interests5 obstacles, domestic Vocational Education Park has presented some notable issues in the process of promoting the sharing of educational resources, such as low of sharing motive during participation, lack of cooperation awareness, poor information sharing, low level of resource sharing, imperfect sharing system etc. In response to present condition, this study suggests that we should build a mutually beneficial quartet linkage resource sharing model based on the following principles： the Vocational Education Park should be planned by the government and be school centered, driven by market demand and with enterprises participation.
