摘要
目的:评价两种不同方法修复年轻恒磨牙牙体严重缺损后的咬合功能恢复情况。方法:选取第一磨牙牙体严重缺损的7~11岁患者30名共30个牙,随机分为2组(n=15),分别进行树脂直接充填和金属预成冠修复。采用咬合分析仪在修复后即刻及修复后3、6个月对两组患者正中牙合的早接触及牙合力分布状况进行记录并分析其咬合功能恢复情况。结果:预成冠组和树脂充填组修复后即刻早接触发生分别为13例和1例(χ2=19.286,P<0.05);修复后3个月,早接触发生分别为5例和0例,6个月均为0,在修复后即刻、3个月及6个月树脂充填组牙合力百分比分别为19%、17%、22%,低于对侧(P<0.05);金属预成冠组分别为28%、25%、33%,稍低于对侧(P>0.05)。结论:牙体严重缺损的年轻恒磨牙选用金属预成冠修复在咬合功能的恢复上优于传统树脂充填术。
AIM To evaluate the occlusal function of young permanent molars with serious dental defects repaired by different ways. METHODS : 30 first permanent molars with serious dental defects in 30 patients aged 7 - 11 years were selected. The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups (n = 15). The defects were restored with pre-formed metal crown(PMC group) , resin and composite( RC group) respectively. The occlusal courses of each case was recorded by T - Scan IH system in intercuspal position. The premature contact and distribution of the occlusal force were examined. The recovery of occlusal function was analyzed. RESULTS : Right after treatment, the premature contact was found in 13 cases in PMC group and 1 case in RC group(P 〈0.05) , 3 months after restoration 5 and Q(P =0. 0 5 ) , 6 months after restoration 0 and 0(P 〉0. 05) , respectively. Right after treatment, 3 and 6 monthsafter restoration the percent of occlusal force of PMC group and RC group was 28% , 25% , 33% and 19% , 17% , 22% , respectively( be-tween 2 groups, P 〈 0. 05 ) . CONCLUSION : The PMC repair method is better than resin composite restoration for the recover of occlusal function of dental defect of young permanent molar.
