围产期综合护理干预对初产妇妊娠结局及母乳喂养的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Pregnancy outcome and Breast-feeding for Primiparae during the Perinatal Period

目的探讨围产期综合护理干预对初产妇妊娠结局及母乳喂养的影响。方法选取2015年5月~2016年10月期间在我院进行产前检查及分娩的80例初产妇,随机分为2组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予围产期综合护理。比较两组妊娠结局和母乳喂养情况。结果对照组自然分娩率(72.50%)和母乳喂养率(70.00%)明显低于观察组(92.50%)和(90.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围产期综合护理干预能显著提高初产妇自然分娩率和母乳喂养率,从而有利于保证母婴安全,促进新生儿健康成长,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on pregnancy outcome and breast-feeding for primiparae durii^ tJie perinatal period. Mediods： Totally, 80 primiparae had received prenatal checkups and giving birth in our hospital from May 2015 to October 2016. They were randomly divided into control group and test group with 40 primiparae in each group. Primiparae in control group were given routine nursing, while primiparae in test group were given comprehensive nursing. The pregnancy outcome and breast-feeding were compared between two groups. Results： The rate o f natural delivery and breast feeding in control group was significantly lower than those in test group [（72.50% vs. （92.50%）], [（70.00%） vs. （90.00%）], respectively （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions： Comprehensive nursing intervention can significant improve the rate of natural delivery and breast feeding in favour of mother and infents security, to promote the healthy growth of newborns, with the high clinical value.
