中西医结合治疗骨创伤后疼痛的临床效果

Clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on post-traumatic pain

目的研究分析中西医结合治疗骨创伤后疼痛的临床效果。方法选取于2014年11月~2015年12月期间在我院治疗的34例骨创伤患者作为此次观察分析的对象,并给予本组全部患者应用中西医结合疗法,对比分析本组患者于治疗前后的相关指标。结果本组患者于治疗前后的疼痛率分别为76.47%、47.06%,前后比较,治疗后的疼痛程度显著优于治疗前,前后数据存在统计学差异(P<0.5)。结论给予骨创伤患者中西医结合治疗的方案,可有效降低患者的疼痛程度,缩短疼痛的时间,对患者的预后恢复有积极的影响,有临床推广与应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on the treatment of post - traumatic bone pain. Methods from November 2014 to December 2015 in 34 cases of bone trauma patients in our hospital as the observation and analysis of the object, and all patients in this group by combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy, comparative analysis of the relevant indicators of the patients before and after treatment. Results the pain rate before and after the treatment was 76.47% and 47.06% respectively. The pain degree before and after treatment was better than that before treatment, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.5）. Conclusion combined treatment scheme of bone trauma patients of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can effectively reduce the pain of patients, shorten the time of pain, has a positive effect on the recovery of the prognosis of patients with clinical application value.
