摘要
针对当前立井井筒装备中大罐道受力实测数据少,计算方法不尽相同,计算结果相差较大,设计随意性较大的问题,结合红庆梁副立井井筒装备设计情况,通过介绍几例已运行的立井井筒大罐道工程实例,提出了运用工程参照法设计立井大罐道的思路,为立井井筒装备,尤其是大罐道设计提供了一些有益的参考。
Aiming at the design randomness for large guide of vertical shaft, caused by inadequate stress test data, and great difference in the results of different calculation methods, the design ideas using basic engineering reference method for vertical shaft was proposed based on the summary of several large engineering examples of shaft guides in operation, combining with the auxiliary shaft equipment design of Hongqingliang Coal Mine. The study can provide references for the design of vertical shaft equipment, especially large shaft guide.
