摘要
针对经坊煤矿3号煤层原煤灰分、硫份相对较低,发热量相对较高的煤质特征,为充分利用资源、提高煤矿经济效益,对经坊煤矿的3、9号煤层进行了配采设计。文章分析了经坊煤矿的井田自然概况及矿井生产现状,重点介绍了3、9号煤层的井田开拓方案的设计与配采方案的确定,详细介绍了采区主要装备:采煤机、刮板输送机、转载机、破碎机、带式输送机以及液压支架的选型。该配采设计方案可为相类似矿井提供借鉴。
Aiming at the low ash and sulfur content, and high calorific value of raw coal in Jingfang Mine No. 3 coal seam, in order to make full of coal resources and improve the economic benefit of coal mine, a apportion mining scheme was designed for the No. 3 and No. 9 coal seam. The natural conditions and coal mine production situation were analyzed, determination method of the mining filed development design and mining scheme of No. 3 and No. 9 seams were introduced, the selection of main mining equipment was detailed, including shearer, scraper conveyor, reversed loader, crusher, belt conveyor and selection of hydraulic support.
