摘要
为加快淮南矿区煤巷工作面掘进准备进度,保证生产秩序正常,以潘一矿沿空掘进的1541(1)工作面轨道巷为研究对象,在总结施工经验的基础上,根据该巷道的地质条件及锚网(索)支护理论验算结果,优化支护设计,采取将巷道顶部排距由0.9m增大到1.2m的支护方案。实践表明:该巷道满足了工作面掘进期间通风、运料及工作面安装等需要,在满足安全生产的前提下,达到了降本增效的目的,效果显著,对矿区类似条件下锚网支护的排距选择具有参考意义。
In order to speed up the preparation schedule of coal roadway tunneling in Huainan mining area under normal production sequence, the transportation roadway of 1541 (1) working face, a gob side entry driving working face, was taken as the research object. The support design was optimized according to the construction experience, roadway geological conditions and theoretical calculation of bolt mesh (cable) support, increasing the spacing from 0. 9m to 1.2m in the roadway roof. Practice showed the roadway satisfied ventilation, material transporting and working face installation of working face during tunneling, achieving favorable effect of cost decreasing and benefit increasing on the premise of safe production.
