摘要 针对漳村煤矿初次来压明显,超前压力作用下煤壁片帮严重、两巷顶底板移近量大等矿压显现剧烈的问题,通过现场试验研究水力压裂弱化煤层上覆坚硬老顶控制技术,分析了水力压裂弱化坚硬老顶的特点。同时,为验证水力压裂效果,进行了矿压监测。试验结果表明:老顶的初次来压提前,与爆破破裂相比,来压步距缩短近6m;经济效益提升明显,采用水力压裂比深孔爆破技术经济效益提高达280万元以上。 Aiming at the obvious initial weighing of Zhangcun Coal Mine, with severe mine pressure behavior under advance pressure, including serious rib spalling and large convergence of roof and floor in air return and transportation roadway, hydraulic fracturing weakening seam hard roof control technology was studied in field tests, and the technological features were analyzed. At the same time, in order to verify the effect of hydraulic fracturing, the mine pressure monitoring was carried out. The test results showed that, the roof initial weighting was brought ahead, the weighting step was shortened for 6m compared with blasting rupture; to enhance the economic efficiency obviously, favorable economic benefit, up to 2. 8 million yuan.
