摘要 针对平煤十矿穿层钻孔施工过程中喷孔、安全问题突出、施工效率低等问题,分析了钻孔施工问题产生的原因,研究了高突煤层穿层钻孔施工期间瓦斯防治技术和防瓦斯装置,通过使用全封闭式"三防"装置和采用钻尾抽采和防延时喷孔技术等综合措施,提高施工效率,实现安全施工,为深井开采瓦斯防治、安全打钻有一定的借鉴意义。 Aiming at the serious borehole blow out, other safety problem and low efficiency in the seam-crossing drilling construction, the causes of drilling problems were analyzed, the gas prevention technology and device in high outburst seam drilling were studied. With the application of comprehensive measures including fully enclosed three prevention device, drilling tail drainage and prevention technology for delayed borehole blowout, the construction efficiency was improved with the realization of safe construction.
