摘要
简述了我国露天矿所需电铲的发展历程和WK-35电铲中电控系统的组成。根据维修经验讲述了WK-35电铲在运行当中遇到的四个疑难故障和处理过程,对其故障原因进行了分析总结。四个故障实例分别为SM321输入模块故障、推压逆变器间断性报F011故障、切换柜接触器线圈连续烧毁故障和主从AFE报F079故障。最后简单叙述了WK-35电铲电气系统日常维护及注意事项。
The development course of open-pit mine shovel in China was introduced, composition of the electric control system for WK-35 shovel was analyzed. According to the experience in WK-35 shovel maintenance, four uncommon difficult fauhs and the trouble shooting processes were represented, and causes of the faults were summarized. Tile four faults were SM321 input module fauh, irregular F011 fault alarm of push inverter, continuous switch cabinet contactor coil fault, F079 fauh alarm of main and vice AFE. Finally, the daily maintenance and matters needing attention were briefly described for WK-35 shovel electrical system.
