摘要
针对综放开采条件下瓦斯涌出问题,选取阳煤五矿为研究对象,基于现场通风、瓦斯数据,统计分析综放工作面的瓦斯涌出特征,结合阳煤五矿瓦斯赋存规律及覆岩裂隙演化规律,对综放条件下瓦斯涌出特征的原因进行分析,理清了综放工作面瓦斯涌出规律,基于此规律总结分析了综放工作面瓦斯防治技术,通过布置内错尾巷以构建"U+I"型通风方式实现了上隅角瓦斯治理,通过布置走向高抽巷实现了邻近层瓦斯卸压抽采,抽采量高达100m3/min,抽采率超过90%。
According to the problem of gas emission during fully mechanized mining in Yangquan No. 5 Coal Mine, based on ventilation and gas data collected in field, gas emission characteristics of fully mechanized mining face was analyzed, and its reason was studied based on gas deposit law and fracture evolution law of overlying strata, therefore, gas emission law of fully mechanized mining face was made clear. Based on this, gas prevention technology of fully mechanized mining face was summarized and analyzed, tail roadway was set building "U+I" ventilation mode to control gas in upper corner, and high gas drainage roadway along strike in upper close seam was set for pressure-released gas emission, quantity of drainage reaching 100m3/min and drainage rate reaching 90%.
