摘要 针对成庄矿选煤厂煤泥水处理过程中药剂添加系统针对单个环节控制,且药剂添加量不精准等问题,设计了一种基于模糊专家系统的浓缩机絮凝剂与压滤机凝聚剂药剂添加协同控制系统。该系统以浓缩机溢流浓度和压滤脱水效果模型为输入量,设计模糊协同控制器,对两个药剂添加子系统进行补偿控制,以保证煤泥水的处理速度、处理效果和经济效益等综合指标的进一步提升。 In the slime water treatment process of Chengzhuang coal preparation plant, as the agent dosing system could only realize single-link control and the dosing amount was inaccurate, a collaborative control system for thickener and filter press was designed based on fuzzy expert system. The fuzzy collaborative controller was designed, with the thickener overflow concentration and filter press dewatering model as the input, so as to compensate the dosing amount of the two subsystems, ancl ensure the further improvement of comprehensive indicators such as economic benefit, processing speed and effect.
