Academic Specialization Identity of Independently-Enrolled Students

摘要 本研究从专业认同的角度出发,利用一项对E大学学生学习体验的实证调查数据考察了高校自主招考生的专业成长过程特征。结果发现,自招生的专业认同明显高于统考生,这在某种程度上证实了自主招生多元化的选拔方式具有一定的优势。但自招生在代表专业投入的持续性认同以及代表个人特长与专业匹配的适切性认同两个维度上仅处于中等水平,仍有较大的提升空间。多元回归分析进一步发现,在控制其他变量不变的情况下,课程设置、教学方式以及师生互动都会对自招生的专业认同产生显著的影响。 Based on a questionnaire survey of students' engagement in one case university, this paper has analyzed the academic specialization identity of independently-enrolled students during the whole process from selection of specializations, learning experience to career orientation. It is found that independently-enrolled students have stronger sense of specialization identity than that of regularly-enrolled students. To a certain degree, it demonstrates the effectiveness of Independent Admission Program in recruiting students with disciplinary expertise. But there is still room for improvement in the fitness and action dimension of specialization identity. With other variables controlled, a multi-regression analysis has revealed that curriculum construction, instruction style and teacher-student interaction have a significant impact on the specialization identity of those independently-enrolled students.
