摘要
人才培养是一个系统工程,涉及到教与学的各个方面。教学中,不仅要知道学生"如何学",还要知道教师"如何教"。以内在学习需求为动力的深度学习是学习科学的重要研究内容。理解认知、高阶思维、整体联通、创造批判和专家构建是深度学习所体现的五个特征(PIENA)。通过以"生成性学习"为教学过程导向;以"基于设计的学习"为教学活动创设根本;以"SOLO学习结果分类"为教学评价模式的三条路径进行教学范式改革,透过"浅层"理解"深度",帮助学生"学会学习",将对人才培养质量的提高起到重要的作用。
Talent cultivation is a systematic project which involves all the aspects of teaching and learning. Not only should students know "how to learn" during the process, teachers should also know "how to teach". Deep learning, which is driven by internal learning, is an important research content of learning science. Perception, high-order thinking, entire connection, creative criticism and experts' construction are the five characteristics (PIENA) reflected in deep learning. There are three paths in the reform of the teaching paradigm, namely, "generative learning" as the orientation in teaching; "design-based learning" as the fundamental establishment of teaching activities; "classification of SOLO learning products" as the objective of teaching evaluation. By virtue of these, "deep learning" is comprehended through "surface learning". It will help students "learn to learn", and play a decisive role in enhancing the quality of talent cultivation.
