摘要 对气固两相流流动参数检测技术的相关内容,包括基于静电传感器的检测技术、电容层析成像技术以及流型软测量技术中的信号分析方法进行了总结和评述,认为静电传感器在气固两相流颗粒速度、浓度以及流型等参数检测方面,技术相对成熟,但其灵敏度空间分布不均匀、颗粒浓度(分布)与静电量大小(分布)之间的对应关系不明确等问题严重影响其测量准确性,是目前研究的难点;电容层析成像技术可实现气固两相流流型的可视化监测,但其固有的软场特性影响了测量结果的准确性;目前基于信号分析方法的流型软测量技术避免了这一问题,多尺度信号分析方法将是提高其测量准确性的新方法。 The research states of gas - solid two-phase flow parameter detection technologies, including the detection tech- nology based on electrostatic sensors,the electrical capacitance tomography and signal analysis methods in soft measurement of flow patterns, were reviewed. The detection technology based on electrostatic sensors in detecting particle velocity, concentration and flow patterns of gas - solid two-phase flow was relatively mature, while the problems such as its uneven spatial distribution of sensitivity and the undefined relationship between the concentration (distribution) of particles and the electrostatic quantity (distribution) seriously affected its detection accuracy. The capacitance tomography technology realized visual detection of the gas - solid two-phase flow patterns, but its inherent soft field characteristic had great influence on its precision. The flourish soft measurement of flow patterns based on signal analysis methods avoided this problem, and the multiscale analysis method as a new method would be more effective in improving detection accuracy.
