对知识产权(专利)专业人才的几点认识——以烟台为例

Some Ideas on Intellectual Property(Patent) Professionals——Taking Yantai as an Example

知识产权作为国家创新实力的综合体现,在促进创新和经济社会发展等方面发挥了重要作用。知识产权事业的发展,需要人才的支撑。笔者结合多年的知识产权工作经验,对纳入新版《中华人民共和国职业分类大典》的四类知识产权专业人才的发展状况进行阐述,并针对当前存在的问题提出了对策和建议,为知识产权专业人才的培养指明了方向。

Intellectual property as a comprehensive embodiment of national innovation, it has played an important role in promoting innovation and economic and social development. The development of intellectual property enterprise requires the support of talents. Based on years of work experience in intellectual property, the author elaborates the development of four types of intellectual property professionals in the new edition of the People＇s Republic of China Occupational Classification Ceremony, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems, and points out the direction for the cultivation of intellectual property professionals.
