随着社会经济的发展,城市建设发展极快,但自然灾害等一直是城市发展、建设中的一大问题。目前,防灾公园的规划已成为城市规划与建设中必不可少的重要环节,通过分析国际上高密度城市防灾公园发展历程,得出发达国家在这方面的先进经验,进一步以国内两个城市香港和成都的防灾公园为例进行综合分析与评价。

With the development of social economy, urban construction is developing rapidly, but natural disasters have been a major problem in urban development and construction. Currently, high density city is often political, economic and cultural center and transportation hub of a country or region, usually also focused on human intelligence products more, while disaster damage to high density city more, faster spread of the epidemic, the disaster prevention park planning has become the essential part of city planning and construction in. Based on the analysis of the development process of high-density urban disaster prevention park in the world, the advanced experience of developed countries in this area is obtained.Taking two cities of Hongkong and Chengdu as an example, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and evaluation.
