摘要
工程项目进度管理中涉及内容较广,其中包括施工单位、建设单位、工程监理和材料物资供应单位的人力、物力、财力,很容易受到客观因素影响,进而影响到工程进度管理效率和质量。以工程项目进度管理进行研究和分析,就其中存在的问题进行分析,结合实际情况,探究问题的原因,提出合理的改善措施,提升工程项目进度管理效率。
The progress of the project management involved in the content is very wide, including construction units, construction units, engineering supervision and material supply unit of manpower and material resources are vulnerable to the influence of objective factors that affect the quality and efficiency of management of project progress. This paper mainly carries on research and analysis on the project progress management, makes a deep analysis on the existing problems, combined with the actual situation, explores the reasons of problems, put forward reasonable improvement measures, improve the efficiency of the engineering project schedule management.
