General contracting is a kind of contract construction, which is beneficial to shorten the construction period and investment control. The EPC general contracting model based on design industry can give full play to the leading role of design, shorten the construction cycle and save the project investment. Compared with the general contracting mode of construction cost control, the content is more abundant and more extensive.This paper is intended to explore the effective measures to control the cost of production in the design of the general contracting model.So that enterprises in the supply side of the reform after the fierce, lean competition to achieve good economic and social benefits.
