BIM从2004年进入中国以来,开始飞速发展,BIM在中国的发展已经从BIM1.0进入到2.0时代的阶段,建筑行业也从"信息化"阶段步入"网络化"阶段。建筑行业的发展和BIM的发展对我国各类高校培养的建筑人才提出了越来越高的BIM能力要求。通过对现阶段BIM技术人才需求的现状分析和供给的矛盾,根据国内外高校BIM人才培养经验,结合高等职业院校土建类专业人才培养现状,探讨了BIM技术人才培养模式的研究以及如何提高高等职业院校土建类专业人才培养质量等内容。
