摘要 采用聚乙二醇(PEG)2000作为负极添加剂,试图解决碱性锌锰电池析气导致的漏液问题。通过放电、储存、交流阻抗谱和析气等实验,发现在锌膏中添加0.050%的PEG2000,能将LR6电池的3.9Ω连放时间延长至850 min。PEG2000可将电池内部析气量减少38.2%。在室温及60℃条件下,锌块腐蚀率分别降低38.7%和37.7%。LR6电池高温高湿(60℃、70%)存储7 d,漏液得到抑制。 Polyethylene glycol(PEG) 2000 was used as an additive of negative electrode to suppress gas evolution,which tried to solve the problem of liquid leakage caused by gas evolution of alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery. Through experiments including discharge test, storage, AC impedance spectroscopy, electrolyte leakage and gas evolution, it was found that by adding 0. 050% PEG2000 into zinc gel,the 3.9Ω continuous discharge time of LR6 battery could be prolonged to 850 min. 38.2% of the gas evolution in battery was reduced by PEG2000. The corrosion rate of Zn was decreased by 38.7% at room temperature or 37.7% at 60 ℃ ,the leakage of the battery after storage at high temperature 60 % in a high humidity of 70% was suppressed.
