LR61集流体插入机的开发与设计

摘要 针对LR61(9 V)电池集流体结构特点和插入工艺要求,对现有的设备进行分析,设计一台自动化程度高、性能好的集流体插入机,用来配套120只/min LR61电池生产线设备。该插入机单机生产速度可达130只/min以上,与生产线配套使用,产品质量稳定,设备生产效率达96%以上,产品合格率可达99.9%以上。 According to the structure characteristics of LR61 (9 V) battery current collector and insertion process requirements, and analysis of existing equipment, a high degree of automation,fine performance of current collector was designed, which was used to match the production line equipment for producing 120 pcs/min LR61 battery. The inserting machine was speeded up to 130 pcs/ min or more,the stable product quality of the production line could be watched. The efficiency of the equipment production was more than 96% ,the pass rate was over 99. 9%.
