International standards are an important standard internationalization has become the commanding part of international trade rules, and height and focus of national competition. This article incorporates the international standard into the Dixbart-Stiglitz monopoly competition model to explore its influence on the international intermediate trade. Result shows that developing countries pay more and more attention on ISO international certificate and have gradually integrated in Global Value Chain by docking with international standards, which broke the traditional international division pattern. Promotion that international standards have on international intermediate trade has threshold effect, namely only when GDP per capita of one country is above $11000, can the promotion effect come into full play, otherwise it can't. GDP per capita of our country is less than the threshold value, which means that our intermediate trade will be curbed by the standard of other countries when taking part in the international division dominated by developed countries. Therefore, we need to improve the level of economic development further, step up the pace to international standardization, improve the competitiveness and standardization level of trade products comprehensively.
