漆酚缩水甘油醚改性涂料漆膜的制备及其性能 被引量:2

摘要 以漆酚(U)为原料,经环氧化反应制备漆酚缩水甘油醚(UGE),再分别与单宁酸、漆酚和二乙烯三胺反应制备3种改性漆膜。采用红外光谱,凝胶渗透色谱,物理力学性能测试及热重分析研究了单宁酸(T)添加量对单宁酸改性漆酚缩水甘油醚漆膜(T-UGE)性能的影响,当单宁酸添加量为漆酚缩水甘油醚质量的30%时,所制得漆膜的性能最好,硬度可达2H。比较3种漆膜的性能发现:单宁酸改性漆酚缩水甘油醚漆膜(T-UGE)的拉伸强度最为优异,高达11.84 MPa。T-UGE的起始分解温度最高,可达到391.6℃,在426.3℃时失重率最大,为-15.13%/min,即说明T-UGE拥有很好的热稳定性。 The urushiol glycidyl ether ( UGE )was synthesized from urushiol ( U )by epoxidation. Then three kinds of modified coatings film were prepared by the reaction of UGE and tannin acid (T), urushiol ( U ) and diethylenetriamine ( DETA ), respectively. The effect of tannin acid amount on the performance of tannin acid modified urushiol glycidyl ether coating(T-UGE ) was studied by FT-IR, GPC, TG analysis and physical and mechanical property tests. When the content of tannins acid was 30% based on the urushiol glycidyl ether mass, the properties of the films were best, and the hardness was up to 2H. The result of comparison of the performance of three kinds of paints showed that the T-UGE fihn had the maxmium tensile strength, which was up to 11.84 MPa. The initial decomposition temperature of T-UGE was the highest and up to 391.6 ℃. The weight loss of T-UGE reached the maximum (-15.13 %/min )at 426.3 ℃. The T-UGE had a good thermal stability.
