On the Synergetic Promotion of Deepening Reform

由于渐进式改革的协同缺失,面对体制的系统性和改革进入攻坚期和深水区,就要求全面深化改革加强协同。协同推进全面深化改革应当考虑改革的整体性、关联性、耦合性和战略性,注重协调改革的广度、力度、速度和梯度,充分发挥党统览全局、协调各方的作用,发挥经济体制改革的牵引作用,在重要领域和关键环节取得突破,以更大决心突破利益固化的藩篱,形成系统完备、科学规范、运行有效的制度体系。

Due to the lack of synergy of and strengthen the coordination in the face of progressive reform, it is necessary to deepen the reform the institutional system and the crucial period and deep water area of the reform. To promote comprehensive reform, we should take into account the integrity of the reform, relevance, coupling and strategy, focus on the breadth, intensity, speed and gradient of the reform, give full play to the overview, coordinating role of the Party and the traction force of the economic system reform, break the barrier of existing interests with greater determination so as to make breakthroughs in important and key areas and form a complete, scientific and effective system.
