秦王朝的创立与新型价值观的自觉建构

The Establishment of Qin Dynasty and the Self-conscious Construction of the New-type Values

秦王朝创立了中国历史上第一个君主专制主义的大一统帝国,同时也积极探索建构适合新的社会政治格局的价值观系统。秦王朝新型价值观的核心是皇帝至上,围绕着这个核心,权力安排上废分封行郡县,把最高皇权与官僚阶层相结合;政治治理上把传统的礼、法分立合而为一,以普遍性的法律统治社会;学说思想上"焚书坑儒",以激烈的方式否定传统价值观。秦王朝的新型价值观建构取得了很大成就,也存在很多问题,为后世建构符合国情的基本价值观提供了宝贵的借鉴。

The Qin Dynasty built the first absolute monarchy and a great national unity empire of Chinese history, also it tried to construct the new system of values which can be suitable for the new situation of society and politics at the same time. The core of the new-type values of the Qin Dynasty is the highest status of the emperor. Based on this core, a series of arrangements had been set up. Within the field of power arrangement, the institution of enfeoffment had been abolished and replaced by the new system of prefectures and countries, which united the highest imperial authority with the bureaucratic stratum. Within the aspect of political administration, the gap between the Rite and the Law had been vanished and united to oneness in order to govern the whole society with the general law. Within the perspective of acadmic thoughts, the Qin Dynasty took the action of burning books and burying Confucian scholars alive for the purpose to deny the traditional values in the ultra ways. The construction of the new-type values of the Qin Dynasty achieved many great accomplishments, while also led to plenty of problems. Such model of construction offers much assistance to build the fundamental values that can be suitable for the situation of the current country.
