教育政策评估研究的关键词共现可视化分析 被引量:7

摘要 以CiteSpace为工具,对近十年来关于教育政策评估研究的文献进行梳理发现:在研究内容上,主要集中于教育政策评估内涵要素研究、教育政策评估价值研究、教育政策评估实践应用研究、教育政策评估国际经验比较研究四个领域;在研究路径上,教育政策评估研究受国家政策导向性强,其研究日益注重量化技术的使用。虽然研究成果丰硕,但仍存在研究范式单一、量化研究薄弱、实践导向不足、政策因素研究薄弱、第三方评估研究欠缺等弊端。针对中国教育改革与发展实际,教育政策评估研究需要在五个方面进行重点突破:加快范式变革,以满足教育发展需求为着力点;量化与质性相结合,拓展基于证据的教育政策评估研究;以问题为导向,促进评估成果转化为实践;统筹考虑,重视对引发教育活动及其结果的政策因素的研究;加强第三方评估研究,推动中国教育治理现代化与决策科学化。 Based on the analysis tool CiteS pace,this paper reviews the literature on educational policy evaluation in the past ten years and finds some features about these studies.The research contents mainly focus on four areas:the connotation and element research of educational policy evaluation,the value research of educational policy evaluation,the application research of educational policy evaluation,and the international comparison research of educational policy evaluation.In the research path,the educational policy evaluation research increasingly focuses on the use of quantitative method,which shows a characteristic of being strongly national policy-oriented.Abundant research results have been found in recent years,but it is still faced with new challenges,such as the lack of diverse research paradigms,the small number of quantitative research,the lack of practice orientation,the deficiency in the research about policy elements and the third-party assessment.Given the reality of education reform and development in China,the research on educational policy evaluation should focus on five aspects:speeding up the paradigm change to satisfy the demand of education development,expanding the evidence-based educational evaluation by combining quantitative method and qualitative method,facilitating the process of transforming the theoretical results into application,paying attention to the research on factors related to the policy which can elicit and influence educational activities,strengthening the third-party assessment research to promote the modernization of educational governance and the scientific educational decision-making in China.
