摘要 大数据与传统数据管理相比,具有规模海量、类型多样和流转迅速等特点,能够更好地帮助政府及相关部门做好空气环境质量管理。面对当今空气污染的严重态势,应基于空气环境信息管理的特点、问题以及大数据的相关含义、特征和技术,结合云计算等新型技术,构建空气污染治理大数据平台,集成与整合各类空气环境数据,实现数据资源共享和业务协同。同时,利用大数据技术结合各种专业模型,对现有空气环境数据资源进行深度挖掘,形成空气污染治理有效机制,最终为政府决策提供科学依据。 Compared with traditional data,big data has the characteristics of volume,variety and velocity,which can better help the government and relevant department do the air environment quality management.Facing the current serious situation of air pollution and based on the characteristics and problems of the air environmental information management and the relevant meanings,characteristics and technology of big data,the air pollution big data platform is built up with the cloud computing and other new technologies,and the data resource sharing and business collaboration are realized through integrating and combining all kinds of air environmental data.At the same time,making full use of the big data technology and all kinds of professional models,the current air environmental data resource is deeply researched and the effective air pollution control mechanism is formed.At last,the scientific basis and support are provided for government decision-making.
