摘要
为了提高织针针舌的硬度、弹性及耐磨性,对针舌用钢丝的主要指标进行研究分析,选用新材料DH100A,并对传统生产工艺进行优化,设计适用于DH100A材料的生产工艺流程,包括用正火代替退火,调直方式改为油淬火热处理工艺,具体为:开坯拉拔→正火→拉拔→球化→轻拉→油淬火调直。经过验证:使用新材料,采用新工艺,能提高拉拔效率,使钢丝表面脱碳显著降低,钢丝表面质量显著提高。
To improve hardness, elasticity and abrasion resistance of the needle latch, analysis is done to the main indices of the new steel wire DH100A for needle latch fabrication.Optimiza- tion is done to the traditional process to cater requirement of the new wire,including normali- zing replacing annealing, oil quenching process replacing straightening method, in details, cogging drawing→normalizing→drawing→balling→light drawing→oil quenching straightening.It is validated that using new materials with new process can improve the drawing efficiency,decarburization of steel wire significantly reduced,the surface quality of steel wire markedly improved.
