摘要 为了达到延长精梳器材使用寿命、降低维护成本,且具有自清洁效果的目的,介绍精梳器材的主要功能、要求,精梳整体锡林、顶梳的分类和梳理特点;从结构、齿密、齿形、圆心角、排列形式等方面分析精梳器材的创新点,并以A201D型、PX2型、E80型精梳机为例探讨精梳器材的选配原则和试用实效。指出:精梳锡林结构创新以增强稳定性、可靠性;齿密增大以增加梳理点,增大齿面圆心角以增大梳理面积,多种齿型、梳针组合、分区以提高穿刺能力,齿尖减小、硬度增大以提高穿刺能力,针/齿从前到后渐密过渡以减少纤维损伤、提高分梳效果;新型顶梳齿密增大,几何尺寸改小,提高齿尖制造精度,改变排列型式;合理地组合,精梳器材能提高梳理效果,去除短绒,降低棉结,减少长纤维流失,减少对纤维的损伤。 To prolong the service life of the combing accessories and reduce maintenance cost, and have the purpose of self-cleaning effect,introduction is made to the combing accessories re- garding the main function, requirements, varieties and the carding performance of the integrated cylinder and the top comb. Highlight analysis is done to the innovation of the combing accesso- ries from the structure, tooth density, tooth profile, central angle, arrangement and such. Sam- pling combers A201D,PX2, and E80, discussion is made upon the selection principle and trial effect. It is pointed out that innovation of the combing cylinder structure is to enhance the sta- bility and reliability; increase of the tooth density being to increase carding points, increase of the tooth angle being to increase the carding area,a variety of teeth plus comb combination, and partition carding being to improve the puncture ability,reduction of teeth and increase of hard- ness being to improve the puncture ability,cascading transition of teeth density being to reduce fiber damage with higher carding effect;increase of new top comb density with small geometric size of teeth being to improve manufacturing precision, and change the arrangement. It con- cludes that proper combination can improve carding effect, reducing neps and short fiber, reduce the long fiber loss,and reduce the damage to the fiber.
