摘要
为了减小纤维在梳理过程中的损伤,对梳理机喂入开松部分和主梳理部分的结构、速度、速比、零件精度和气流控制等机械因素以及原料、针布配置、隔距设计和温湿度等因素进行分析探讨。指出:合理化梳理机结构设计以提高零件加工质量和装配精度,针对梳理原料特性合理化针布配置以及工艺参数,合理控制温湿度、适量使用油剂和静电剂、做好定期清洁等工作,都是实现缓开松、柔梳理,减少纤维梳理损伤的重要措施;减少梳理过程中的纤维损伤是系统工程,应综合考虑,兼顾实施。
To reduce the fiber damage in carding process, probing is done into the carding machine regarding mechanical factors including structure, speed, speed ratio, preclston oI parts, air flow control in the opening section and main carding section as well as raw materials, clothing configuration,spacing design and humiture.It is pointed out that the important measures reali- zing slow opening with soft carding and reducing fiber damage include optimization of structure of the card frame, improvement of part manufacturing quality and assembly precision, wise con- figuration of the clothing with proper specification according to the fiber materials, proper con- trol of humiture,proper use of oiling agent and electrostatic agent and regular cleaning.Reduction of fiber damage in carding process is a systematic engineering, something must be done com- prehensively.
