摘要 采用"溶胶-凝胶"方法制备出具有不同棕榈酸质量分数的棕榈酸/二氧化硅复合相变储能材料,分别利用X射线衍射(XRD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、和热常数分析仪(Hot Disk)等仪器对复合相变储热材料的性能和结构进行了表征和测试。DSC测试分析得出复合材料拥有较好的相变可逆性,而相变潜热及相变温度与纯棕榈酸相比均降低,XRD分析得出棕榈酸与二氧化硅之间是通过嵌合关系,Hot Disk表明复合相变材料导热系数及热扩散率比纯棕榈酸有显著提高,有效地提高换热效果。 Palmitic acid - Silicon dioxide composite phase change material can be prepared by the sol - gel process with different mass fraction of palmitic acid. The structure and thermal properties of PCMs were then characterized and tested respectively by means of SEM and DSC X - ray diffraction ( XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) , thermal constant analyzer ( Hot Disk) and other instruments. It's concluded that the PCMs has a reasonable phase change reversibility and lower phase change latent heat and phase change temperature compared with pure palmitic acid by DSC test and analysis. XRD analysis shows the chimeric relationship between palmitic acid and silicon dioxide. Hot Disk shows that the thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity of the PCMs have significantly increased than pure palmitic acid, the heat transfer effect can be effectively improved as well.
