摘要
介绍了700℃超超临界机组汽轮机用大型镍基合金锻件制造过程中的常见问题,分析了冶炼、锻造及热处理工艺过程中的技术难点,以期获得高质量的镍基合金锻件产品。
The common problems of heavy Ni-base alloy rotor of steam turbine used for 700℃ ultra supercritical unit during the manufacturing process have been introduced. Meanwhile, the technical difficulties appearing in the smelting process, forging process and heat treatment process have been analyzed, so as to produce the Ni-base alloy forgings with high quality.
