摘要
为了研究DZ9高温合金在高温时效过程中微观力学性能的演变规律,利用纳米压痕仪对该合金时效前后微观力学性能进行测试。结果表明:该高温合金经长时间高温时效,共晶γ'相的硬度和弹性模量基本保持不变,而枝晶干的硬度及模量均有所下降。
In order to study the evolution rule of micro-mechanical properties of DZ9 superalloy during the high temperature aging treatment, the micro-mechanical properties of this alloy before and after aging treatment have been tested by using the nano indenter. The results show that after long-time high temperature aging treatment, the hardness and the elasticity modulus of eutectie γ' phase basically remain the same, but the hardness and the elasticity modulus of dendrite ann slizhtlv decrease.
